The property experiences some of the most unforgettable sunsets from the comfort of your own garden, overlooking the lake and its natural habitat, as well as the São Lourenço Golf Course.
It is comprised upon entering, on your left, of a twin bedroom, one adjacent toilet with a shower, and a double bedroom with en-suite toilet with a bath. The double bedroom has access to the garden.
The open plan kitchen, dining/lounge area are spacious and bright due to the large windows providing lots of natural daylight, thus making these areas very peaceful. The lounge area leads to the private balcony/garden, which overlooks the swimming pool and the lake.
